- Golf Scores Worksheet
Introduction
Use the information given below to create a spreadsheet
that totals up the two rounds of golf from the tournament and
also finds the low score.
Objectives and Skills
- Create a worksheet in a spreadsheet program
- Use formulas for calculations
- Center titles
- Use functions like SUM(), AVG(), MAX(), MIN()
- Use borders, lines, shading to enhance the worksheet
- Adjust column widths and row heights
Instructions
- Open a spreadsheet program
- The report titles need to be bolded and centered if possible.
- Use italics on the "Prepared by...." line.
- Double space between the title lines and the column headings.
- Column headings need to be bolded, underlined, and aligned
appropriately.
- Format numbers to whole numbers.
- Use a formula to add the first nine holes to the second nine
holes for the 18 hole total.
- Use a function to find the low score from the five scores
in each column.
- Use lines to separate the scores from the Low Score at the
bottom. Add a double under the low scores if possible.
- Proofread, save and print.
